In order to sell wine, it is useful to know a few positive adjectives that are used to describe the taste of different wines. Besides dry and sweet, we can say that the wine "is full-bodied," "has a nice aroma,""is fruity," or "is well-balanced." Also, guests sometimes complain about the taste of wine. They may say that the wine "tastes bad" or "doesn't taste right." Guests may use other adjectives such as rough, yeasty, vinegary, cloudy, or they may say that wine is corked.

This wine has a spicy aroma.

We usually refer to wine, especially white wine, as "dry" or "sweet."
The sweetness of wine can be indicated as
